The module is set up to provide access to the event programma as well as other fully customisable rich text information on your devent site and the broader area.
Write to the panel
Here the participant may also type and send in his question directly to the desk. The workflow is similar as above; the request is kept on hold and when the time to answer the question comes, the participant is notified and someone from the panel answers his question.
Request to talk
The participant requests to ask a question. The panel monitors and the keeps the priority of the incoming question requests, and notifies the participant (his mobile as well as possibly orally) when his time has come to ask his question.
The desk can easily set up questions that will show on the mobile of all hello! participants. Users can then make their selection, cast their vote and send it directly to the desk/ server who may send back the results.
